Pudding Custard (recipe from Aunt Linda)
Makes 2 cups of custard
  • 1 package of instant pudding (any flavor)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk (I usually use 1%)
  1. Add ingredients and beat with mixer on high speed for 10 minutes until thick and fluffy. Chill before using.
